on the 25th, i had steamboat with my family and ds(da sao) for dinner at home.

ds came to learn how to bake cookies from mummy on tt day as well. but the result doesnt turn out well. sigh, try harder nxt time ds. haha =D

aniway, went to collect pay with jolyn, frances and qy ytd.

we queued for more than an hour to get our pay. and while waiting, our heart were pumping rapidly coz the ppl infront kept tell us "running out of cash already, running out of cash already!". but luckily we still managed to collect our money. whee~

it was sooooooooooooooooooo shiok to c piles and piles of 50 dollar notes spread right infront of your face, and then pass it to you, and then let you count yourself to double check. wahoo~

went to bank in our cash once we're done with collecting our pay. i was realli afraid that the money would be robbed by some idiots on the way to bank. haha! but glad to say that, we're safe! =)

dinner at 163 with the whole fajar clique. it was meant to be a farewell dinner for mel, as he's flying to shanghai to hlp out for the special olympics. his flew at 10am this morning. hope he will have a fruitful and safe trip! =)

ytd night after dinner, frances, chew hua, mel and yuan cheng came over my hse for mahjong session. and they used my mum's mooncakes as forfeit. don't know how to appreciate good stuffs. HAHAHA.

as for today, had a meeting for nco modular camp at plaza mac. and i got my pics developed already. my com is all ready for reformat. i think its gg to give up on mi ani time :(

today is a great day! ytd was a nice day too!
got to meet up with frances, jolyn and chew hua at plaza mac ytd. forgot when was the last time we actually sat down and have a nice chat already. headed up to jolyn's house for more chilling session coz the weather outside was super humid and we almost melted. haha.
watched 200 pounds beauty. ok fine, i noe im outdated but can't blame me right!? aniway, that's a nice show. kinda touching but cannot cry, coz jolyn's brothers cfm will laugh at us one. HAHA!

as for today, met dc for shopping spree~ whee~ im so sry jolyn. u noe wat i meant. =(
okok, i noe i noe.. i juz quitted my job and haven gotten my pay yet. so i shldnt be splurging.
but i just cant hlp it!
shopped from bugis to fareast. went to look for canderan at isetan, and he doesnt seem that happi to work. =( i hate ppl who despise him. i hate ppl who finds him uneducated and ppl who don't make effort to communicate with him. you are a lousy person!

anniway, managed to get 3 tops of my liking. so onli spent 50bucks on shopping today. nah, to be exact, its 49.90. 3 cheers to mi! WAHAHAHA!

met jolyn (who's forever late) and frances at bp interchange.
headed to 163 and wait for the rest: mel, bok, xy, py, lester and the birthday girl.
had a nice dinner with them.
and of course, we sang a loud birthday song for mushy at 163 b4 eating. haha.
after dinner, we hit plaza mac for more chilling.
another round of bday song for her. haha. but too sad, no free mac ice cream with candle for u. =D
had a nice entertainment by mel, which made us laughed inside out upside down.
a realli nice meet up with the peeps. but it'd be better if the whole clique could turn up together. haha.

left mac at ard 10pm+, and strolled home with frances. decided to go jin san ling to lim kopi, so we toktoktoktoktok until 1am when her mum knocked off.

whoo~ im back! was supposed to work till the 25th but frances and i quitted ytd. a very last min decision. i had lots of fun in between, making friends with people from all walks of life. isetan scotts is a nice place to work i must say.

our 1st booth manager was michael thong. he is such an idiot. i hate him to core man! this cannot, that cannot, everytime look at japanese girls or go out and chee hong for hours! BLEAH!
luckily he was being transferred to the j8 booth, and canderan became our new booth manager! he rocks my socks big big time! a mr.bean twin brother i think. WAHAHAH! the day he joined us was the day after kawakami left us.

oh yar, talk abt kawakami. frances and i got to noe 2 jap friends! kawakami and shimuzu! =D
dey were there for a japanese fair, and their fair ended on 10th august. shimizu flew back that very night, but kawakami didnt! haha, as frances and i were busily arranging the new stocks on the 11th, he came back to isetan with his luggage. tt was a super uber pleasant surprise. we had serious communication problem. pen paper and hand actions were all the means and ways we tried to communicate. it was nice knowing him! =D
he was the onli one who stayed until 11th, as the rest of the jap flew back on 10th night. so he was all alone, but we could not acc him to shop ard as we had to tend the booth.
he left our booth at ard afternoon and we could onli see his lonely backview pulling a pathetic luggage roaming ard orchard road =(

aniway! hope i'll get to meet him again soon! =)

ok, now abt canderan. a super nice man. just tt hes too easy to get bullied. i hope he will make it big one day, so that MOTHER PIG will stop looking down on him!
he's a real joker, who never fail to make my day. its a great thing that he's there to make us laugh, coz if he werent there, frances and i would be emo-ing abt kawakami and shimizu leaving. HAHA.
i will definitely miss canderan's stupid remarks and stuffs. esp laughing out loud straight infront of customers' faces when dey did something which he find that its funni.

MOTHER PiG. a super hypocrite. she realli knows how to sweet talk and full of confidence. canderan says if we're looking for a lawyer, just look for mother pig. she will sure win in ani argument. she would be praising you on the surface, and backstabbing you to the other booths. she thinks she's powerful coz she controls every booth, but i guess she doesnt know that every booth hate her to the maximum. HAHAH.

oh yar, just smth random, it was great that most of the zoo are working for raffles the plaza as promoters! haha. ok.

and!!! i gained 2-3kg in 23 days! bcoz of all the mooncakes. i don;t regret eating away almost all the chocolates while cutting samples, but i won't do that again if i have the chance. HAHA.
alright, its time to plan for my diet already! pls enlighten mi! AND REMIND MI TO LOSE WEIGHT!

finally the day has arrived. my very last tuition lesson with the 2 rascals.

man, gonna miss this qn. HAHA. aniway, dey threw a mini farewell party for mi. had quite alot of food over there, cant reject them right!? HAHA =D

on my way home, i had my eyes stucked on the letters and cards dey gave mi just now.
joshua told mi that he scored 23/90 for his chinese paper, and he's proud of himself. im proud of him too!but he havent got back his paper, so i cant see it animore. and he told mi that he would bring it out with him wherever he goes incase he bumps into mi and could show mi his paper. AWWW... tt was soooooo... sigh`
the 2 monsters! must they let mi leave them in such a manner?

aniway, was doing facial last night. after watching the dvd, i wanted to go and remove my mask. but when i reached living room, bro just reached home and was trying to close the door.

basketball competition~

slp at 4am and woke up at 7am today!

no wonder my eyes are protesting for the whole day! =((

aniway, fajar npcc organized bball competition today so we went back to hlp out.

didnt enjoy ani of the matches at all except when fajar vs. evergreen sec. that was such a close match. although fajar lost by 1 pt, im still proud of the cadets! haha =D

sneaked home with raf b4 the match ended, coz i was very desperate to slp. almost half of the day at fajar today, i spent my time inside npcc room stonning. but i just couldnt concentrate stonning with our dear suhaili and nasrul happily entertaining themselves outside npcc room making so much noise pollution! haha.

my legs are full of blisters now, coz ytd the shoe i wore gave mi hell! had i terrible time gg home and i could feel the pus coming out frm my wound while walking. ewwwwww~

realli wanted to cab home lar, but with a strong determination, i finally reached home w/o cabbing! HAHAHA~ 3 cheers to godzilla the great! =D

aniway, mummy greeted mi with delicious dishes once i reached home! tts wat i needed most to cheer mi up!!

Swollen eyes!

ever since my holiday started, i've been chionging dvds frm hong yee.
she realli rock man, lent mi so mani shows which could last mi for the whole holiday i guess.

aniway, my eyes are so swollen now! could hardly open dem.
i dun slp unless the clock strikes 3 every night.
and 《放羊的星星》is so sad that i guess i've prolly cried 10 pails of tears already.

i had a weird dream last night, and i woke up almost tearing. =(

The past

i just came back from plaza.
i strolled there, and i took a slow walk back, alone.
i used the same path i always use when i was in sec sch, where i would meet qy, dc, frances, aud, rx at pending lrt. and den we would sing the latest pop songs and gossip on the way to sch.
how beautiful.
i realized that i was at the CC, and a guy in fajar sch uniform walked towards my direction.

i think i was too engrossed in thinking about the past that when i saw the guy, i thought to myself "eh? isn't that dunfu? " bt when we walked past each other, i was like awaken from coma. " c'mon liwen, you are a poly yr2 student now! so are all your old klzmates! "
but i must sae tt guy realli resembles df. his small eyes, dark skin tone, spiky hair, cocky smile.

next, i saw another fajarian. i could recognize him, and i noe he recognize mi too.
he's same batch as mi, but he's still studying at fajar.
the feeling he gave mi is very diff as compared to the past.
i can't sense his playful-ness, i can't see his heck care attitude.
he must've played enough, and knows that it's time for serious studies.

on the way, many fajarians saw me.
they know me, but i don't know them.
so i could onli smile back when dey smiled at mi, and stare back at them hard when dey stared at mi.
maybe its bcoz i often go back for npcc, so some of dem could recognize mi.
maybe its bcoz i was wearing my sec3 fajar camp tee, and dey recognized the school logo.

mani fajarians looked alot like some of my school mates.
i kept forgetting that im no longer a sec sch student, and kept thinking that dey were my frenz.
damn it.
now i know, i still care abt my sec sch frenz alot. i do miss my sec sch life.

ytd's fireworks was a breath taking one. so lovely, yet so sad.

i could hardly breathe. the scenerio was so beautiful!

i couldn't concentrate on taking the pics too!

those hu noe mi shld understand that i dun lyk attending such event.

no, not bcoz of the crowd. oh well, maybe partially?

bcoz the more crowded a place is, the more lonely i would feel .

looking at the couples holding onto each other and admire the fireworks together, making vows to each other. its just soooooooooo sweet.

and the guy would send his gf home after fireworks. its when the girl reached home, then she started worrying has her bf reached home safely?

haha!

aniway, for all i noe, ytd was the last time i'm going to watch fireworks unless its my bf who brings mi to!

coz i don't like to walk the scary path alone during late nights, with MP3 as my onli companion.

ok, just remembered that i've not updated abt huiwen and huiqi bday 2 weeks ago.

that day was the last lesson from this old man. come to think of it, its kinda saddening eh? HAHA! aw, wateva~

IT'S OVER~

ytd was the most torturous day for the sem.
i stopped myself frm watching the dvd hong yee lent to mi.
coz mani ppl were nagging at mi to get cracking.
esp DOREEN CHEW. HAHA!

aniway, back to ytd.
it was 11pm when i tucked myself in.
tick tock tick tock..
i looked at the clock ; 12.30am.

i got so fed up that i refused to take one more glance at the clock.
so i guess i prolly fell asleep at ard 3am?

this morning, woke up at 10am.
tried very hard to focus on revision.
"ok, liwen. i think i've done enough revision already.."
so i proceed to watch tv with mummy.
munch munch munch on the biscuits..
i looked at the clock ; 11.45am
the tv show ended.
i looked at the clock ; 12pm
mummy came to mi with my lunch.
i looked at the clock ; 12.12pm
i thought to myself " damn it.. y does the time pass so quickly ytd night but nt now!? "
after eating.
i looked at the clock ; 12.30pm

i went back to my room,got myself dressed up for sch.
once i stepped out of my house, my leg turned wobbly.
i told mummy i was so nervous, and she gave mi a firm hand shake full of GOOD LUCK.
that boost my confidence ALOT! =)

supposed to reach exam room by 1.50pm, so edna and i got locked outside as we reached at 1.53pm. KNS.

when the clock struck 2pm, we were led into the klz.
i started scribbling all i could remember.
i looked at the clock ; 2.30pm.
i thought to myself "oh no, 1.5hr left! i must be faster!"
i looked at the clock ; 3pm.
i was at question 3.
i thought to myself "oh, i still have time, slow down abit.."
i looked at the clock 3.25pm.
oh shit oh shit! i'm still at question 3! i must faster settle it and carry on the the last question!
and so, i rushed my way through. i finished the paper!
time check, 3.45pm.
i felt so relieved.

oh yar. did i mention abt how grace's coughing assured mi a sense of security just now?
like i said, i was late. so once i went inside the room i just looked for my seat and sat down.
while doing the paper, i kept wondering who's ard mi?
(ok, i noe there's no nid to guess.. but i juz cant hlp it right?)
i can;t realli concentrate on my paper.
i lied my head on the table, i heard a coughing sound.
tt was so familiar.
i glanced to my 7 o'clock, i think i saw a familiar red jacket!
i looked back at my exam paper.

it was grace!
oh yeah, now i can finally do my paper in peace.

well, its 34 hours to be exact.

Arugmentative Presentation

Argumentative presentation was hell for mi today!
It's the worst presentation i've ever had for junwei lao shi's modules.
or shld i sae its the worst presentation i ever had?
when i was presenting halfway, i accidentally looked towards junwei lao shi.
he gave himself a weird expression, and frowned.
damn, i must've mentioned smth.
but he's good enuff to give mi quite a presentable mark.
not as in distinction for this presentation, but as in at least better than wat i've expected.

HAPPY 42nd BIRTHDAY, SINGAPORE!

today marks the 42nd Singapore National Day!

the day which all Singaporeans could gather physically or spiritually at the stadium to recite the Singapore Pledge and to Sing the National Anthem loud and clear.

its a very rare opportunity for all busy Singaporeans to show their bonding and togetherness as one.

Everytime i hear all fellow Singaporeans singing the national anthem together, i got so touched to the extend that i almost tear!

haha, well, this is no joke! i am so proud being a Singaporean, so what if we're kiasu?

there are lots of foreigners getting our "kiasu-ness" too ok, so be proud of it! hahaha! =D

and! pls don't forget to sing the national anthem and recite the pledge later on during the parade! don't care about whether others will view you as a kuku bird anot. you're just merely doing your part as a singaporean! =)

2 days ago, NgeeAnn celebrated National Day too! was being "forced" to attend it by lecturer to view it halfway during lesson. HAHAH!

but i had my fun! although im a yr2 student now, that was my 1st time attending national day celebration with ngeeann peeps! =)

KNS. den my dearest mistress told mi she'll be late too, coz according to her, the bus she took had some pungent smell made by the air con. so the driver had to stop and check and off the air con and den continue the journey. LOL!

end up, we reached ard the same time, 5.35pm. HAHAHA! telepathy lar.

checked out the samsung outlet, but dun have the colour i wan. wat more is tt the cover costs freaking ex lar! as if im money printer =(

den we went shopping for clothes! i kept telling myself "LIWEN, CANNOT BUY CLOTHES! BCOZ YOU'VE SPENT A BOMB ON ONLINE SHOPPING ALREADY!" but i still couldnt resist the SALES temptation lar. on top of that, my mistress kept psycho-ing mi to buy. so i bought another top today! HAHA!

dinned at ichiban and the mango smoothie made mi high. LOL!

guess wat? im gg ikea tml AGAIN! wif raf and kaili! gosh, i can be ikea's best promoter already! and i hope i could get that super comfy sofa before ikea sales ends! wahahahah!

had my translation oral today! seriously speaking, i wasnt in the mood for this exam at all. i felt as if i went for the oral totally unprepared. too busy to practice. but glad that lee tong king said i passed!!! heheh. although he didnt state whether its a good pass or just a border line pass, im still happi! coz i passed! HAHAHAH!

after my oral, i needed to hlp him lock the consultation room door. coz im the last person he's testing. den he still slowly draw the curtains in the consultation room and tidying up, so i went out of the room and locked him inside. HAHAH! but end up i still opened the door for him lar, coz i still wan to pass my exams one leh! lOL!

after tt he showed us our conlan test marks. i seriously need to score super high for the exam!

alfred showed us our term paper oso! surprisingly, i got an A for it! damn shocked lar. coz in his email i was one of those hu needed to c him for consultation abt term paper. and usually consultation is onli for ppl hu flunked their papers right/ HAHAH! im super happi!!! =)

after tt came home, changed and went for NPCC. got our new fajar CI tee. i prefer green lehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh =(

after training went long john wif the CIs. super duper full lar! and today i ate 2 fastfood out of 3 meals! so HEALTHY lar. great! hahah!

met enda phong phong phong at bt.batok interchange tis morning. den she wanted to go westmall m1 shop and buy hp. i saw one hp which i nv c b4, and it looks kinda nice. so i bought it! HAHAH! aniway i was looking for a new hp what? so nth wrong right? hehe.
on the other hand, im kinda sad to sae tt im nt using my old no. animore. had been using tt no. since pri5! 7 yrs of ups and downs with that no. awww~ HAHAH! and its my 1st time using M1! no more singtel. nah, still early to sae. hahah!

after tt went ikea. supposed to take pics, but i ended up buying 3 big cushions for my room! looked lyk some kuku neh neh carrying tt BIG BIG bag ard. such a kuku bird. HAHAH!
but, the cushions are comfy leh~ whee~

came home, and den went to westmall again wif dc!!. coz i wanted to change the hp colour, but this batch doesnt have red! BOO! so have to buy the cover seperately i guess. wateva, i still love my new hp!! hehehe

today is a super tiring day. but its absolutely FUN!!!
with the great companion of joycelyn, hong yee and xiaowei! oh yar. and one guy whom they dragged along with today. HAHAH! i pity him though, had to tolerate our noise level. (okok, onli joycelyn's and xiaowei's screaming!) LOL!

by the way, we were supposed to go East coast for photo taking. i tink end up onli hong yee and i realli get our butts cracking and took some pics lar. as for lulu and xw, dey went ROLLER BLADING. haha! super funni to c the 2 of dem screaming and yelling and SQUEEZING hy and my arms!

end up, lulu gave up and rented a bike. and den i couldnt take the temptation, so i joined in too! lulu and i on our bikes, hy on lulu's blades, xw determined to master her blades, and tt guy in his own blades too! tts when the fun begins. HAHAH!

after tt lunched at mac. super hungry! =(

tuition after tt. im so sad. coz 4 more lessons and i've to sae goodbye to them! BOOHOO` although dey always make mi angry until my hair caught fire, dey are still cute in someways!
was supposed to get MY PAY today.. bt the mother forgot to draw money..... so, i have to wait till nxt week!!! BOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO~ =(((

after tuition went to lulu hse for guitar!!! acc to her, i nid to walk 15min to reach her hse frm my student's place. BUT! it onli took mi the most 8mins can! the best thing is tt i have totally no idea where her blk is, so i juz turned anihow acc to my instinct. and i got it right! GREAT ACHIEVEMENT! hahaha!

guitar-ed wif lulu and hy. left her place at ard 9pm. strolled dwn to causeway pt to meet SOMEONE. hees =DD
