Stephanie needed one person to take over her friend for roadshow today, so I went to take over.
It was a great experience at Weld Road. And I was pretty shocked to see the promoters being rude to the customers. The customers were mainly banglas.
But the promoters are all very fun to be with.
And the banglas, I kinda find them pitiful. They left their homeland for better financial income, (although their pay is patheticly low for us) and all they wanted just now was to get their topup card so that they could call home.
But when they start to bargain and ask for more freebies, that's when the promoters flared. (not me, of coz!)
Well oh well. That's life. I hope everyone lives harmoniously! =)

Anyway! This job is super easy. Just sit down, write mobile number and wait to grow fat.
Did I mention that the dinner was some bento set? Luxury! But according to them, today is exceptional as they had been having chicken rice for the past few roadshows. LOL

Something funny happened just now.
We were all bored, so we started playing songs from the lappy.

Dealer: 这首是什么歌啊？很好听哦
Me: 无条件为你

Then a customer came
Customer: How much inside? (Referring to the Topup card)
Dealer: 无条件为你!
Customer: (Smiling)I don't know what you talking

We joked about it for quite a long time.

Dealer: Lucky he don't understand Chinese..
Then this very sarcastic guy went: 谁讲不懂？他都站在那里一直跟你笑咯！

hahaha. like wth lar. ok, nvm if you don't understand. It's just some internal joke. =)

Today, I learnt how to flip my water bottle and make it stand after it spin one round in the air!

And Christina drove us home after work! First time taking her car, and her skills are not bad. =)

HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR, EVERYONE! =)

The long anticipated Chinese New Year is finally here!!!!!! wohoo~~~~~
Always look forward to all the new year food, and we could all eat all we can!

And most importantly, we are going back to Malaysia!!! Although we often go back, the feeling is different.

I like snatching cookies and sofa seats with my cousins. I like catching up with my cousins. I like gambling with my cousins! I like doing things with my relatives lar! *big big grin*

This year's CNY at Malaysia was great! Everyone had fun =))

And my grandma is so funny!

As you know, I sleep alot. I'm always the 1st one to sleep among everybody there.

But on the 2nd night, it was very late and i was still wide awake. Coz there's this Cao Ge concert.

My grandma came downstairs and saw me still wide awake. Then she stared at me, then stare at the TV. then starred at me again. Then she said:

Grandma: Wah, now what time already still don't want to sleep? Got handsome guy then forget about sleeping already lar.

And followed by her bright laughter. LOL

My small cousin kept laughing after hearing that. *blush*

The past weeks had been rather tormenting.
Late nights, early mornings. On some midnights, you just wake up suddenly and stone despite being totally drained out by the assignment rush.

And right now, I'm not feeling good! Had been sneezing alot, must've caught a flu.

HAHAHA! After soooooooo many years, I'm sick again. Is it something I should celebrate?

The most worrying assignment podcast is finally over!
I'm so proud of my groupmates Edna and Maggie!! It's certainly a race with time. =)
Now now, we're only left with Chen Ying's 6000 words essay and Modern Lit Exam.
And, they will be flying off;we'll start our attachment. Argh.
Ironic feeling.
Liwen! It's the end of lessons at NgeeAnn already! Aren't you suppose to be over the moon!?

Anyway, yesterday was our last lesson with Liyi laoshi.
She's really a nice teacher! I'm sure we've all learnt alot from her during radio production. =)
Since its our last lesson with her, Cam-whore is a must!
